LTC Department - Liquid to Chemical Dept

Mandatory:

Experience in the downstream and petrochemicals industry

Technical background such as engineering, science, etc.

Preferred:

understand the GCC/MENA region from a market outlook perspective

Experience relating to value park and conversion industry development

As well as commercial and contract law , business models development , JV formation and contract management



Sr P&PM Analyst

Plan, execute and lead finance and performance management analytical activities under the broad guidance of higher-level P&PMD staff and supervisors of the hiring organization, particularly in resolving complex, cross-functional, non-routine and/or design issues

Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline with more than 10 years of related experience in Chemicals and/or Refining business functions

Petrochemical integration and optimization specialist

§ Improving LTC program projects economics

§ Addressing opportunities relating to integrating the hydrocarbons which are transferred between a refinery and a petrochemicals facility. This would be at different levels including; within same complex and/or with other neighboring facilities.

§ Optimize Refinery Process Flow & Fuels Blending

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 10 years of related experience in  refining and petrochemicals process.

Oil & Chemical Industry Infrastructure Engineer

Reviewing plans/deliverables for new integrated refinery and petrochemical projects to ensure that they comply with Company Standards and Regulations as well as industry codes

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as civil or electrical or Chemical or Mechanical engineering with 10 years of experience in oil industry and Chemical industry

Refinery & Petrochemicals Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist

Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy for one or more integrated refinery and petrochemical complexes.

BS degree in Supply Chain or any Engineering discipline with 10 years of experience in refining and petrochemical industry

Oil & Chemical Industry Utility Engineer

Conducting technical and commercial assessment for the utility systems (power, steam, oxygen, nitrogen, instrument air, distilled water, waste management, storage tanks, etc.) to determine possible outsourcing to 3rd party.

Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist

Assess integration readiness across all LTC projects

Oversea the manpower staffing strategy and development  

Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards, performance and establish control and establish Internal Assessment Procedures for the programs

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related. with 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, And  Operational readiness.

Sr Operations Engineer

Develop chemical process Yields, Qualities, Opex and mass balances for process configurations in the refining & Petrochemical units.

Strong experience in Chemicals derivative, Steam Cracking, polymer, Aromatics, SRU Ammonia and Hydrogen production process licensor selection and technology analysis

Develop refinery and petrochemical unit’s ORMP, Flawless project delivery, stat up, Operation philosophy, and operation general instruction. 

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 10 years of experience with a focus in the Refining & Petrochemicals Operation. And in the Linear Programming (LP) & Economics Modeling.

Bus Dev Spec

Provide technical input to LP and economics modeling.

Develop chemical process Yields, Qualities and balances for process configurations in the refining & chemical units.

Strategy & Market Specialist

Act as a “Strategy Advisor” for the Liquids-to-Chemicals (LTC) program and related issues, and provide relevant strategic and process-related insights to the LTC Business & Project Development Department.

Provide commercial and technical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans. Take a leading role in the development and updating of the LTC’ s strategy in coordination with other subject-matter experts within the various business and service lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely-related specialty At least 10 years’ experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil, gas, and/or petrochemicals industry context; preferably in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles.

Petrochemical and Refining Licensing Specialist

Lead activities related to the technology licensing process and procurement .Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and detailed engineering)

Lead the strategic evaluation of licensing agreements

Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

with 10 years of experience with a petrochemical or refining licensor. Experience should include time spent in developing licensing agreements and procurement strategies.

Sustainability Specialist

Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and detailed engineering).Utilize simulation and modeling (energy and material balances, utilities and catalysts

Bachelor in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline with 10 years of experience in petrochemical industry with a minimum of 5 years in operations and 5 years in an ESG role or similar.
