Strategy & Market Specialist

Act as a “Strategy Advisor” for the Liquids-to-Chemicals (LTC) program and related issues, and provide relevant strategic and process-related insights to the LTC Business & Project Development Department.

Provide commercial and technical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans. Take a leading role in the development and updating of the LTC’ s strategy in coordination with other subject-matter experts within the various business and service lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or closely-related specialty At least 10 years’ experience in strategy development, strategic planning and scenario planning in an oil, gas, and/or petrochemicals industry context; preferably in a combination of technical, operational, commercial and strategic roles.

Petrochemical and Refining Licensing Specialist

Lead activities related to the technology licensing process and procurement .Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and detailed engineering)

Lead the strategic evaluation of licensing agreements

Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline

Bachelor in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline with 10 years of experience in petrochemical industry with a minimum of 5 years in operations and 5 years in an ESG role or similar.

Execute LTS/ DIB and meet BP targets by originating/developing transactions as GI-0030 .01 for investments related to renewables manufacturing, green materials manufacturing, and circularity (aluminum, electronics, black mass..etc..)

Knowledge to understand different discipline drawings and deliverables. Diverse experience in different industry sectors such as Renewable Energy, manufacturing industries, etc. excluding oil & gas sectors.

Responsible for reviewing different project deliverables developed during Pre-FEED, FEED. Propose technical solutions to resolve conflicts between engineering disciplines. Review different discipline specifications, procedures, drawings, deliverables and vendor drawings. Provides input to engineering part of project execution activities, including reviewing bid packages. Identify any interface issues or interference issues among disciplines.  Ensure completeness of the Pre-FEED, FEED. Provide engineering support in reviewing project schedule and project estimates. Support the development of project engineering and design execution strategy.
