For ITD (Industrial Training Dept) 

Academic Trainers - 4 yrs exp required in relevant role

1. English Teachers: 

   1. A bachelor's degree or higher in: Teaching English as a Second/Foreign Language (TESL/TEFL)  OR Education (With a specialization in TESOL, Language Arts, Applied Linguistics)  OR Humanities, social science, communications, linguistics or modern languages

   2. A recognized teaching qualification  OR  ESL/EFL teaching certification

2. Management Professional Trainer :

   1. Bachelor of Arts in Education Or Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Or Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences

   2. Ability to conduct training programs on various topics such as leadership development, team building, communication skills, and management techniques.

   3. Ability to develop training content and materials based on the needs of the target audience and organizational goals.

   4. Ability to use engaging tools and emerging technologies in a learning environment.

   5. Ability to participate and assist in different leadership and management development activities.

   6. Ability to prepare lesson plans, maintain records of training activities and provide consultation and guidance to management on various professional and management development topics

Job Skills Trainers - 4 yrs exp and /or willing to be a trainer

1. Electrical: 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Electrical or Power Engineering. Hands-on field experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems.

2. Mechanical: 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering; OSHA certifications. Hands-on field experience in: * Rotating & static mechanical equipment; *Vibration analysis Level I

3. Metal: 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering; OSHA certifications. *Testing certificate WQTR: ANSI/ASME boiler & pressure vessel code, SEC IX *AWS D1.1 latest edition or SAEP - S01, S12, S07

4. Operation: 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Chemical  or Petroleum Engineering. Field experience in Oil and gas/Petrochemical facilities operation and processing

5. PCST(Process Control System): 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Control and Instrumentation Systems Engineering or Automation and Control Systems Hands-on field experience in: *Instrumentation field devices *DCS, PLC and RTU, Vibration, Complex Control and Analyzer systems *P&ID and ILD drawings 

6. Safety: 

   1. BS degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Safety and Health or Environment; OSHA, NEBOSH, or NSC certification. Hands-on experience in industrial safety management or as a safety trainer in oil and gas industry, petrochemical industry, heavy construction industry or plant facility operations, or equivalent

7. Digital Communication : 

   1. BS Degree in Engineering or a technical/trade/vocational degree in Telecommunication Cisco certification (1-3) is recommended. Hands-on field experience in Transmission systems such as STM 16 & 64. XMC-20 Series system.

Mandatory criteria for LTC dept:

Experience in the downstream and petrochemicals industry

Technical background such as engineering, science, etc.

Preferred for LTC dep:

understand the GCC/MENA region from a market outlook perspective

Experience relating to value park and conversion industry development

As well as commercial and contract law , business models development , JV formation and contract management
